University of British Columbia We often assist UBC staff and students with the notarization of their (international) documents or with the purchase or sale of their leasehold home. Our office is conveniently located on Alma Street between West 10th Avenue and West Broadway where all the buses, including the 99 B-line, to and from UBC stop. Check out UBC's various neighbourhoods! UBC leasehold is one of our specialties but of special note is also that we are very familiar with the co-development projects (Logan Lane, Clement's Green, Keenleyside, etc…) on Campus.
