If you are buying, we will require a copy of the purchase contract from your realtor and, if you are buying with a mortgage, mortgage instructions from your broker or lender.
If you are selling, we will require a copy of the sale contract from your realtor. And if you are re-financing your property, we will require mortgage instructions from your broker or lender.
Based on those documents, we will prepare all necessary legal documents and calculations which we will review with you at a meeting close to the completion date.
